Catholic School Principal
The Catholic School Principal serves as the educational and administrative leader of the school, advancing the mission of Catholic education rooted in the Gospel and the teachings of the Catholic Church. The principal works in collaboration with the pastor, faculty, staff, parents, and parish community to ensure academic excellence, faith formation, and a safe, nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing visible spiritual leadership and promoting Catholic identity
- Overseeing curriculum, instruction, and faculty supervision
- Managing daily school operations and administrative functions
- Supporting enrollment, family engagement, and community relationships
- Ensuring a safe, respectful, and faith-filled school environment
Qualifications:th
- Practicing Catholic in good standing
- Degree in Education or Educational Leadership (Master’s preferred)
- School leadership experience preferred
- Wisconsin administrative license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
