Full-Time Director of Evangelization and Discipleship
Job Description
The Director of Evangelization and Discipleship (DED) is responsible for the planning,
coordinating, and administering of the evangelization efforts of the Catholic Community of St. Mary and St. Joseph (Corydon and Lanesville), with the overall mission of fulfilling the proclamation of the Gospel through leading all people to a fullness of participation in the Eucharist, that all people may know, love, and live out the Eucharistic Mystery and bear fruit for the glory of the God and the salvation of the world. Through leading people to a real encounter and an ever-deepening relationship with Jesus Christ, especially in the Eucharist, the DED will help transform the local community – one person and household at a time – from being focused on worldly concerns to living as active witnesses of faith through works of mercy.
