Full-Time Director of Events and Outreach
Job Description
Catholic Spirit Radio Network is seeking a person to enthusiastically grow its listenership and build revenue. Experience, energy, and commitment required. This full-time position allows the right candidate a role in defining the boundaries of the new position, Director of Events & Outreach. Co-directors, retirees, empty-nesters, and those returning to the workforce will be considered. The position is open until filled.
Responsibility Summary:
This full-time, high-energy position has two major responsibilities:
Fund Raising – Planning, coordinating, and managing two major on-air fundraisers in April and October, located at the Normal, Illinois studio. Planning, coordinating, and managing a minimum of two lesser events. Listenership Awareness – Expanding awareness in coverage areas outside of McLean County. This includes informational presentations and events.
Requirements:
– Understand and support the Catholic Spirit Radio Network mission
– Understand and support the Magisterium of the Catholic Faith
– Proven experience with marketing, fundraising, leadership
– Desire to work with non-profit organization

Salary:
Monthly stipend with Event Draw
